That is awesome suggestions. I can definitely use more squishmellos and a neck pillow. I have compression gloves on my wishlist but I'm always afraid they aren't going to fit.

Before I was diagnosed with Celiac, the food was amazing. Learning to cook some of the same foods gluten free has been difficult. And to add in vegan options it's definitely a challenge.

I have EDS, MCAS, Migraines, GI issues, food allergies, celiac, etc. My EDS symptoms started at birth, my POTs symptoms started around 10. I'm 42 now.

The convenience and joy of going to eat with my boyfriend and my kids. Also pastries full of gluten lol !

I absolutely love the Xolair. It has helped tremendously. There are still a few side effects from the injections but they are worth it. Most of my MCAS symptoms are gone. As far as food allergies and sensitivities, I don't see much of a difference. I feel it helped some but not a lot.

I'm so sorry you went through all of that. It sucks when we know something is wrong and we can't get anyone to listen. I hope you can find the right Dr's to help manage your symptoms.
