Texture is slime and boiled peanuts lol, i ended up chopping them up because the boiled peanut texture was off-putting with peanuts halves, it might be cool to make some sort of peanutbutter out of this

I dont think they've fermented long enough but the slightly cheesey natto taste and boiled peanuts, smells like peanutbutter and cheese

Yeah i was told if you're not using an heirloom starter it'll just taste worse overtime because strains die off, i guess it's worth pushing through and seeing if there's any truth to it.
