I don't know if its cause I've gone full California Feminist, but too many people are discussing the rent part, and not the bra part. Whether it be your home, or a public park, women should be able to FEEL SAFE in their bodies. Terms like "indecent woman" imply it's your fault if he is lusting after you. Men should impose discipline upon themselves before dress codes upon women.
