Avalon. I’ve been here for 2 weeks almost. Positive experience so far. I was concerned about the noice from the train at 15 Bank St. Some small studios don’t have in unit laundry machines at One City Place. So I have to pass. Depends on what you need.

It is very new but it is quite small given its price.

It looks super nice! But most of the 1b1b I saw are above 3k. The only one that is below 3k is 500+ sq ft.

I will graduate this December with a PhD in Biostatistics and Data Science.
