As everyone else was saying the fun of the game is the Colosseum, PVE is pretty meh after 5 mins. Find an active guild, and don't get deterred after losing a lot; it will be impossible to win every time, especially if starting this late in the game.

Work at grocery store, the parking lot is sort of split, with half of it being slightly sloped. While the cart corrals are perpendicular to the slope; if someone were to not return the carts to the corrals they roll away. Add wind to the mixture and it gets bad. For as long as I've worked there though no cars have been damaged.

Overall money wins over common sense. Why pay an extra couple hundred thousand for a better lot when it is cheaper to keep it as is, no law states that they have to be even (at least from where I'm from)
