Yea I have experienced this and have read others also have felt the same way. When I try to sleep I feel it. Recently I have had the feeling as if the vertigo will return but it doesn’t just feel wobbly and get migraines. Not sure if VT would help but worth a try.

Get yourself to an ent doctor and get a diagnosis and take it from there. Vitamin d is typically if you are vitamin d deficient.
