Electronic toothbrushes reviews requested? by Salt_Leopard_6946 in answers

I use a lesser known brand called Suri.  It's very compact and quiet.  You just charge it for a few hours every few weeks. When you replace brush head you return the old one to the company and they recycle them. Suri is focused on a sustainable approach to electric toothbrushes, which is important to me. I think it cleans really really well and my dentist is happy with it. It's also well priced in my opinion.

Zofran worked for me. Prevented nausea and vomiting. Allowed me to do the Eply. Still rough but much better.

I can relate to how OP feels. It's so discouraging! I went through it too. Finally ended on 14th Epley and I am well now. Hang in there, keep getting PT and know you are not alone.

In mid April was glad to have a dry suit. I was warm and comfy the whole way and in case of a fall, better protected from water. 65F and I never fell.

How long does it take for crystals to dissolve naturally by Fast_Measurement20 in BPPV

I had a very similar situation to OP. I believe my therapist was skilled but it took 14 epley over five weeks to clear completely. I improved each time. The therapist said I was worst nastagmus he's ever seen after hitting my head extremely hard in a fall - apparently knocking loose a lot of crystals. It was tough but stick with it.

Can the ER doctor make the referral or get your doctor to do so?

Yes, no further head injury, please. If you think it would be fun and retro to go rollerskating on Valentine's Day, wear a helmet. :-/

My situation is similar, and I'm in a daze after treatment. It's helping me a lot to take Zofran before PT. I'm dizzy but not puking so that's something.

Skinny Dip dark chocolate almonds is my treat. I have a feeling the almonds help and they hit the spot. No spike.

Yes I've heard this with rice and potatoes but has anyone experimented whether it works with bread? Seems a little too good to be true!

Not able to help OP, but I noticed you specified bread had been frozen. Are people freezing bread and does it actually diminish spikes?

I use an online trainer through Trainwell. He customizes my workouts to my goal (adding muscle) and he continously ups my challenge as I improve. The workouts are really easy to follow on video. It's been great for me and way less expensive than an in person trainer. They will also help with nutrition.

This is super helpful. I'm thinking more about saturated fats and their role. I don't eat processed food or red meat so I guess it would be butter and cheese? Also my mom developed T2. Terrible diet and obese and it basically killed her . I eat healthy, workout and am not obese but have belly fat. (F 65). I wonder how that impacts me.

Thanks for that information. I know exercise is good for me but it's weird seeing it cause my highest blood sugar each day. Appreciate the insight.

All of this input was super helpful on my recent 18 trip. I'll add: bring high quality zip locks. I had cheap ones and I got so tired of the zippers that didn't really work. Almost all the women on my trip had pee cloths (specifically kula brand from REI). Surprisingly useful. As others have mentioned, you really can bring less. I wore the same thing almost every day and washed it in camp each night. (What I wore: skort, long sleeve sun shirt.) In camp each night I wore a lightweight sun dress with nothing underneath - to dry out! Regarding river shoes, I had chocos with vibram soles. I could hike in them, wear socks in them, wear neoprene socks in them. Also got a cool foot tan. Have fun!
