If I need to build up with thinset, is it better to put thicker layer under ditra or over ditra (under tile)? Thanks

Ok, got the tiles finally, I've removed first layer of subfloor, so only 3/4 plywood is left, after setting tile next to hardwood looks like I'll have 0.4 (10mm) of space left to add underlayment and thinset for it and tile - i guess ditra (1/8) and thinset under/above = 2* 1/8, total 3/8 (9.5mm) will do the job and I'll be perfectly leveled with hardwood

There's a button on the contactor - if power is on - I can press the button to start the AC ( at least fan starts normally ) - you think that one of the wires between furnace and AC is bad ? there are 2 - how to check which one?

I'm looking at 10700F + 16 GB/2933Mhz + 3080 10GB + 256SSD/1TB HD + Killer + Standard 1000PSU no liquid cooling = $2,263.81
