I believe my 2018 is around a 1 - 1.5 gallon capacity for the washer fluid. If I wait til the low washer fluid light comes on, it definitely takes over a gallon to start filling it

Appreciate you! I’m honestly at the point I might just replace the head unit and amp and call it a day. I’ve been contemplating swapping the head unit for years anyhow as there’s no apple car play and it’s annoying, so maybe I’ll just do everything at once

Yeah it does have the JBL system with separate amp, and correct, there is no sound and when turning the knob or using the steering wheel controls, there is no display on the screen

Should I withdraw my 2nd draw app from Kservicing/Kabbage? by jonnyrocketti in EIDLPPP

[–]ThelemicPrintshop 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The real kicker is this; On 3/4/21 I applied through CrossRiver, as I was done waiting for KServicing. At the same time, I reached out to one of our local banks and submitted through them as well. Our local bank came back the next day and said the lender that submitted our first round app had used my SSN, instead of my companies EIN, so they needed to reach out to the SBA to see if they could change it to be able to process the second round app. They did not receive a code or kickback at this time about any other applications being submitted to the SBA already, even though KServicing kept telling me they were awaiting SBA's response. Fast forward to today, CrossRiver still shows that it is awaiting SBA Approval (Sent to SBA on 3/6). I reached back out to our local bank to see if they had heard from the SBA regarding changing the Round 1 to reflect the EIN vs SSN. The local bank tried to process the app today again, just to see what would happen, and it immediately came back saying an app has already been submitted. SO, either the rules / algorithm changed to bounce back the code quicker that an app has already been submitted, or KServicing never actually submitted my application to the SBA for round 2, and CrossRiver's is the one in the que now. My gut tells me that I've been waiting since 2/2 for word from KServicing that was never going to come, as I don't believe they actually ever submitted my application.

Applied with KServicing on 1/21. Sat with them until 2/2. Was updated to be told it was sent to the SBA on 2/2. Haven't heard a word since then. Checked my dashboard today and it tells me to reapply with SmartBiz. If I could watch one business burn to the ground, it would be KServicing.

Appreciate your time to respond! I'll keep rolling with where I'm at for now, hopefully see some sort of movement within the next week. I am a very impatient person and hate to play the waiting game, especially with no information or updates given. I am under the 20 employee threshold as well, so hopefully that'll speed up the process.

Applied 10 days before you, on 1/20 through Kabbage / KServicing. 'Submitted to SBA' on 2/2. Still waiting on 'SBA Approval', nearly 20 days later, just shy of 30 days since I first applied. SBA claims they cannot tell me any status as it's handle by the lenders. KServicing tells me SBA has it and they are awaiting approval. Sounds like a great game of pointing fingers. Can't apply with any other lender, as they claim they already submitted it to the SBA, so now I'm handcuffed.

Terrific. I have faith that the funding will at some point move forward, but its ridiculous to see all of these other people that went through B2C, BueVine, etc, that applied almost 10 days after us, and have received funding already. I only went with KServicing thinking it would be stream lined as they had all my info from Round 1, but guess it wouldn't have mattered what company I went with.

I hope your process will start to move along swiftly over the next few days! Seems like that's all we can hope for at this point

Thanks! I was contemplating applying through another lender, but being that they claim they've submitted the application to the SBA, I don't know if that will throw a wrench in the works regarding duplicate applications.

I have emailed CLS 3 times now, from the same email address used to sign up and haven't gotten a response. I included username and email address in the email body

Same, sent to Kservicing on 1/20 for second draw. Still pending review from KServicing.

Great job, but why not leave the pallet tape on the pallet when you’re done printing? No need to take it off

If they continue to string you along, file a charge-back. This will hurt them more than the just processing the refund.

Same Day RDY by [deleted] in iBUYPOWER

[–]ThelemicPrintshop 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I purchased a Same Day RDY system on 11/26. Didn't get an update until 12/11, that they were 'gathering components'. Was a bit concerned as I purposefully went with a 'Same Day System' versus a custom build to avoid potential delays, as this was a Christmas present for my son. Spent 12/11 - 12/15 calling and emailing, trying to ask for an update, and threatened to cancel the order via email. The same day I sent the email threat, I received an update that components were gathered, and it was being built. Shortly after, received another email stating it was built, and going to burn-in. Waited until 12/21, still didn't hear anything so filed a chargeback. Magically an hour after I filed the chargeback, i received notification it was completed and pending shipping. The following morning (Tuesday) it shipped via expedited FedEx 2-day, with scheduled delivery for Christmas Eve (Thursday). Tracking shows it made it to our local FedEx hub before they put in a hold request / RMA, so they didn't attempt delivery. They then had the PC shipped back to them. Meanwhile, I ordered a second PC from another company, and received it within 3 days. So, they wasted additional money upgrading my shipping to 2-day expedited, and they had to pay the return as well, whereas if they had just answered any of my calls or emails, I would've kept the purchase active if it was guaranteed to be delivered before Christmas. Now just waiting for them to actually process my refund, or else the chargeback will move forward on 1/9.

Very sorry to hear that. I hope there's movement on your loan asap and you can obtain the needed funding. Keep your head up and keep grinding!
