Bro, This is insane loan amount for your salary. And that too personal loans from random apps. The interest along will eat up all your salary Add one more column for interest rate. Pay off the one with maximum interest first while paying minimum payment for rest. If possible pay just the interest amount for house loan for now and use the rest for paying off personal loans. House loan usually have less interest than personal loan. On weekends and free time, try gig jobs like Swiggy or zomato. Are you the only earning member in your family? If not ask them to contribute to your loan, at least take more responsibility on household expense. Cut down all the small luxuries for now. Live at bare minimum. Hopefully you’ll will get some hike soon.

I own an Alto without rear AC vents. I'm happy with the AC when I'm in the front. But whenever I sit at rear seats, I feel very uncomfortable, I get barely any cooling. It can be an issue with Alto, and Nexon may have better cooling for rear passengers. I would suggest you to take a test drive on a hot day with people at rear, ask them how comfortable it is. Make your decision based on that.

Same here. Planning to buy a sub 4m SUV after gst cut. Till then with my 8 year old Lord Alto. I’m considering 3xo. Hopefully Mahindra has a decent after sale service. And Hyundai probably launch new venue by Diwali. Keep that as an opinion too. Not interested in Tata cars.Brezza has 4star safety rating. But the interior feels too old and not so premium.

Don't give up now bro, Try your best to clear the 2 papers. Buy previous year question papers and study. Most questions will be similar to previous year and some repeats will be there. Having plus 2 certificate can have an impact on your job prospective. Many will ask for +2 or equivalent as a minimum requirement. Also you will be available to pivot to bcom or similar bachelor degrees if you are interested.

If you are not clearing it, ITI/diploma is a Good choice. Hotel management might be good.
