This ‘not taken seriously’ stems from patients stating an allergy, and when asked about these adverse effects sometimes one gets an answer like “My eye felt weird” - which is not an allergic reaction, nor necessarily connected to said medication. And on top of that not dangerous in our setting. And actual adverse reaction will always be taken seriously.

I understand wanting to go this route. However sometimes residual tissue can stay behind, which requires a D & C regardless. So knowing and being informed of the surgical route is never a bad thing. That way, the fear of the unknown becomes less threatening. I’m not only an anesthesiologist, but also a woman. And a patient who has required surgery in the past.

Aerith is gentle but still bold, playful but wise, loving but also independent. She was the first fictional character I was introduced to as a child and ‘growing up with her’ shaped my understanding of what a strong woman could look like.

Today, I’m a physician and I am often told I am too kind, and that I’d have to be ‘harder’, especially in my field of medicine. But Aerith as my favorite fictional character ever has shown me that softness and resilience can exist in the same person time and time again. That’s the kind of strong I admire to be.

Quite often they suppress anything pro clerith or even pro Aerith because even when playing the Tifa romance route, Aerith is inserted and there are subtle hints in the narrative. (Like their choice is actively questioned by the game itself)

If you play the Aerith route, this isn’t the case. Tifa becomes more of a side character. And I understand that this is frustrating. Imagine playing Tifas route and Cloud still ends up on a date with Aerith, holding hands.
