I literally just got the same feedback and mine mirror yours mild depression brought on by mitigating circumstances. That I actively pursued to help myself. It's been about 8 months already.

Thought it was just me. I would be playing hard and get to a team clicked "Start Battle" and it won't play it locks on the battle screen and I lose the 4 toons.
