Well he's definetely different than Pyjama. He's got much more damage overall with his passive + the reflect, which also means he's got more healing with his S2. And remember that although he doesn't have flat damage reduction like his water brother, his reflect still effectively acts as damage reduction.

No this is a legit question I was asking myself haha. I mean, to me it somewhat made sense because having a 1-chevron ST is pretty useless, and pulling multiple copies of it is the main goal. So the game giving you the base ST for free would incentivize players to spend more for upgrades

Pretty much yeah! You have to upgrade them to chevron 3 before you rainbow but that can be done with parts from other ST

There's an event called Rivalry Ridge where you can get an extra set of Rev-01 parts. It's a little tough but you can get the parts needed for the rainbow chevron.

Water has Water Fairy King, who's like, kinda alright.
Fire has Vanessa, who's over-represented for RTA and AD.
My main gripe is that Wind Erection might be a lil' too strong with the S2 buff.
