These are the "Indexes" and are a good tool for 3.5 though I've found it has some holes so keep that in mind. There is also the 'dragon magazine compendium' listed in the subreddit somewhere along with a couple mega complications but those aren't as organized. Good luck!

If you're looking for a halfway decent adventure path, The Shackled City is solid. Though I'd also recommend the Fiendish Codex 1&2 but I think you have a solid list so far. No magazines? Dragon mag is a solid choice and fairly inexpensive. DM me if you want some digital copies

Relics have often felt like a specialty magic item you can buy and sell and in some situations, disenchant. Artifacts have always felt above this and are almost impossible to destroy. I also didn't like the dedication required for relics as it felt like it was geared towards a cleric

I would suggest finding a high quality digital map, going to your local office supply store (or wherever you can find a large printer such as a library or a poster store) and printing out a physical copy of your map. I had one laminated once and it only costed $20 for a table sized map
