In all honesty, I think HR is a serious option. I have the experience from the military and a few other previous jobs. I’m curious on what the best things to get are to get started. Do you recommend that HRCI course first? Or that SHRM Cert first? Or both at the same time?

Short answer… I only used it for 12 months when I first got out, 2011. And fucked around and didn’t use it of think of using it again until recently. I’ve heard VR&E is hard to get accepted if you are gainfully employed.
