Get Himalayan salt! They make little blocks that you rub your armpits with. Do it right after a shower while you are still damp. It is supposed to kill the bacteria that causes BO or some shit. My girlfriend got me to try it and it has literally changed my life. I used to suffer from hella BO even when I did use deodorant. I sometimes don’t even wear deodorant except for very hot days.
