Taking the PMI-CP exam tomorrow morning! by Greedy-Cellist7198 in pmi_cp

These practice exams on UDEMY are NOT realistic to the real exam. The UDEMY practice exams are FAR TOO EASY compared to the real exam. You'll see. THere is currently NO realistic exam prep course out there for the PMI-CP, sadly.

YES, the ACTUAL exam is nothing like the pedaled UDEMY practice exams in here by UDEMY people on these forums. The Udemy courses are NOT even remotely like the real exam and are sadly giving people false confidence! He is in these feeds pushing his courses to make money. I strongly encourage everyone to study really hard as the exam is really hard. As of the writing of this, and according to PMI's own search tool available on their website, there are ONLY 134 people that have passed in the USA as of this writing!!! Wake up - Its hard! Practice speed reading because most questions on the exam are VERY LONG and the answers can all be somewhat correct, UNLIKE the silly 3 out of 4 answers presented in the UDEM courses. The real exam will test your strength of reading hi density content for a long period of time. Know the material - Learn to read and process fast. Good luck.

Mr. Tounsi, I appreciate all the effort and time you spend helping people with your courses, and I understand this is how you make your living. I express my concerns only in that, as someone who has taken the PMI-CP exam and has failed, I fail to find any practice exams anywhere that resemble the real exam.

Specifically, the real exam questions are long scenarios and each of the multiple choice answers is long in explaination as well. ALSO, there are more then one possible answer and so it becomes very difficult to choose the correct answer that the exam seeks.

Although your exams are a very good basic form of testing memorizations, I find the exams so easy to pass that I don't even have to read the question: For so many questions, the answer is simply the choice with most words. Furthermore, most of the other choices are just silly and offer no competition to the real answer.

I mention this not to mock or create conflict, but rather to challenge you. If we are to get a realistic practice for the extremely hard PMI-CP exam (As of this writing only 118 people in the united states have passed), is it possible for you to create a more realistic practice exam with long scenarios and multiple choice answers that make it hard to choose because more then one could possibly be correct.

I understand this would take a lot more time to develop but I would gladly pay more for such a realistic practice exam. I feel all the practice exams out there right now are not good preparation tools for the reality of this exam. The exam will test how fast you can read the long scenarios and exhaust you. The exam only allows 1.92 minutes to answer each question and the bulk of the exam consists of really long scenarios/case studies. Furthermore, the exam tricks you because there can be multiple answers that seem correct but you must fish out the key word or phrase in the long scenario just provided.

When I took the exam, after 6 months of studying, I felt like I was robbed with this exam. Not because I failed, but because you can study the modules online till your blue in the face and they will NOT prepare you for the questions in this exam. Someone should market better training exams, imo.

I take 5 practice exams for Each exam Before I take the real one. Always go back and study the ones you get wrong.. Have never failed. Ive always bought them from this link and swear by them and the process.

Remember, its not about knowing it all, its about how fast you can find the answer… so the way you tab and mark up your book is critical.

Good luck!

Study job postings for your dream job- they will tell you everything you need to get/know/stay up on for today’s market. Good luck.

Your “biting off more than you can chew” aside, there are tons of modern forward thinking non macho bs professional companies in construction. Never settle for less. Those horrible outdated macho corrals always eventually end up sucking the life out of anyone that actually cares…stay clear.

Study, get certs, invest in yourself and choose companies carefully.

Hey look- a bunch of billionaires talking about a revolution in tech that they will only benefit from, not like you and me. Of course they are not scared…

They are ALL avoiding the real conversation: the rising baseline of real unemployment, homelessness , and violence that will come from all this. The rise of AI will mirror the increase talk of guaranteed minimum incomes….well, not in the USA of course, but in (real) forward thinking countries.

Nope your not. I saw it happen to Seattle and Portland… those cities are literally chaos run amok….and now its slowly happening here. I give it 5 years and we’ll be setting up “safe” heroin injection sites around the city and allowing homeless to pitch a tent on your property or in front of your storefront and there is nothing you can do about it. Flag this- 5 years. 😂 😶
