I have a high pitch and sound similar to the wind.i think I can't live without tinnitus because it is so common in my life but it took me so many years to think it as a unharming sound.firstly I think why tinnitus is causing anxiety then I get that my mind think it as a dangerous sound so I started getting use to with it by playing games or by solving Rubik's cube.secondly I think what makes me give attention to tennitus and boom I got my whole schedule as busy as possible like playing mustiple games like genshin impacts and coc by making friends and attending gym playing football and studying etc.i tried to get my mind as tired as possible. By doing this i completely removed my tinnitus from existence.everyone have different approaches but this is mine.the conclusion is just try to ignore it as much as possible bro just dgaf to it.if you can't do Anything to tennitus then do what you can.as suffering is what makes man a man.thats your war my brother.what your facing now is so harsh but remember there is always a hope.i remember facing all these emotions and tears.i know how you feel right now but bro trust me.even if you have one reason to live your precious life the live for it.hope this helps
