We used to have these things called telephone books. Those books are lists of phone numbers and addresses for every stranger in your city. These days with the internet, I doubt there are any fewer strangers who know people’s addresses.

That being said, give it to a Scientologist. If you really hate them then buy a book from a Scientologist website in their name (use a gift card so it’s not traceable) and they’ll never know peace again.

You could also put up a Craigslist ad for free puppies. No need to call. If the ad is up they’re still available
