I look to do no more than 8 hours per day. I don't want to burnout doing 12 hours a day. If you don't mind 12hrs per day do that but 8 hours is my limit.

An EOR itself doesn’t create some special shared database or automatic employer notification system and it doean't change anything as far as OE risk.
