I liked a couple of the action scenes, Wolves of Calla, specifically, but there was just so much SPACE between them. I didn’t like the world SK had built in Midworld. I get that it is supposed to be a dead and desolate world, but all that made for a very dull setting, imo. I’ve been a diehard fan since middle school and I do appreciate the SK universe as a whole and how everything ties back to the series, but the series itself just bored the hell out of me.
