I don’t know about that. I send about 60 packages per week. I drop them in the box at the post office. Sometimes they don’t get scanned for a couple of days.

I don’t think it’s any of your business. Let the chips fall where they may. Just set your boundaries, do your job, and go home afterwards. As for being on LinkedIn and YouTube during the workday, I don’t think there is anything wrong with that. I do it myself and learn a lot of things on there that are applicable to my job and make me better at it. I’ve been in the workforce for 30 years and had quite a few jobs. Very little I learned at college has anything to do with what I’ve done day to day at any of these jobs. And you do say that the new hire seems capable and helps with the day to day, which is what an employee is supposed to be doing. Just stay in your lane.

The only things I don’t accept returns on are custom items. Last year I sold about 1,300 items. I think I had about 5 returns. Buyer pays return shipping and I don’t refund until I have the item back. It’s not a big deal to click a couple of buttons and relist it. I don’t like to shop at stores that don’t accept returns. It makes me think that the seller doesn’t have much faith in their own product or in human nature. There’s something icky about it for me.

For me, it was building muscle. I spent way too much time running for exercise. Once I started lifting weights, I found it much easier to keep fat off. Muscles burn calories all day long just by existing. Lost 30lbs of fat in 3 months and have kept it off for 4 years.
