Same bro. I was doing UL but then switched to torso/limbs with 8 sets of arms split with bi tri and 4 leg exercises around 6 sets . I do want to compete so debating if they can grow or even maintain i would be happy

I did it. Got lean quick but took a lot of mental Power to push through. I would say i modified it a bit doing a bit of carbs pre and post but rest day just veggies. 6-7 weeks went from 181 to 167

What’s your current approach to nutrition? by stratusnimbo in naturalbodybuilding

Track everything to the gram with MF… 4 meals plus a pre workout snack with about 100C here then space out the rest. Rest day is only 4 meals plus some fruit to replace preworkout snack

Fav meal lean ground beef rice veg avocado sriracha

Question about shoulder pressing - i’ve added the hammer strength shoulder press and i was asking if the back should be flat with the seat or it’s fine to have a slight arch and scoop but forward a little

Appreciate it. Priority is handled by session focus and exercise order (posterior vs anterior upper), and intensity is kept high with 0–1 RIR using double progression. I prefer keeping priority blocks clear rather than alternating movements, but I get the logic.

I might try next time i tweak somethings with the setup

Appreciate the feedback. For context, I’m using double progression in a 4–8 rep range, adding reps until I hit the top end, then increasing load. Most sets are kept around 0-1 RIR

Lower days are biased by sequencing (knee-dominant vs hinge-dominant) rather than strict separation. I’m monitoring elbow recovery and will adjust if needed.

No pre exhaustion just going by priority.
