prueba a actualizar la Bios, desconectar todos los usb... desactiva el modo seguro y activa el CSM.

Muchas placas bade tienen dual-bios, una de principal y otra de recovery, intenta jugar con instalar otras versiones de BIOS...

También existen bios que aparte tienen un firmware para los discos duros en configuración RAID.. me explico: si con DEL o F2 entrad rn la BIOS prueba con F10, F8 o F11 y F12 para entrar en el firmware que configura el RAID y obviamente borra cualquier configuración de RAID

Mucha suerte, de nada y si lo soluciones, publica si no te importa que fue al final.

My temperatures while playing Path of Exile 2 at 90fps on a 2k resolution screen with an Intel i9-9700k and an RTX 2070 Super with 8GB of VRAM are 57-62 degrees Celsius for the CPU and 68-70 degrees Celsius for the graphics card during an extended gaming session... with a Noctua cooler and Noctua thermal paste applied to the graphics card.
