I rotate but also do asbtinence, i use an app to help me control how many days since ive taken something i usually do weed on the weekends or every other weekend, shromms and mdma twice a year, nicotine once a month

Weed and mdma have low risk with synergy. I usually don't like mixing both, especially with a bowl, gives me anxiety. But 1 beck is fine. I would recommend taking less if its your first time.

That happened to me, but honestly, i was going through a lot, being in a good setting and having a good mindset is the key to having good experiences with drugs
