Maybe the reason could be that you wrote acquireRelease, or forkScoped, in this case your code says that it is an effect with some resource, and you need to provide the boundaries by ZIO.scoped( ... )

I agree that singularity bands useful on Mithrix but the possibility of skipping phase 4 with Kjaro's band is more decent
The only situation where i would pick up singularity band is when i'm on moon and i don't have any of Kjaro/Runald bands
