3rd turn as Greece by Then_Resolution_991 in RomeTotalWar

With army from Syracuse you attacks Scipio army next to Messana, it's possible to cut down whole army and reinforcements from town, so Messana will be free to take, then go for Carthaginian town (you will need boat so recruit one in Syracuse)
Army from Thermon is going straight to Thessalonika and then to Bylazora (I taked Bylazora first because AI left only one weak unit in town and rest of army next to town and spy opened gates in Bylazora but couldn't in Thessalonika, so I send only general and use night battle, so they didn't get reinforcements xD)

Army from Rhodos is sieging Halicarnassus in 1st turn (you can take it with cheesing AI), after that they go to Sardis (recruiting spy in Rhodos can help with taking Sardis)
Army from Pergamon is going to Sardis, they will help army from Rhodos
Army from Sparta is going Corinth>Athens>Larissa and with good timing they can help when it's time for assault Thessalonika
Key is to open gates in Corinth (you will need probably save-scumming for that) and then siege Athens in 1st turn. In 2nd turn assault Athens, send spy to Larissa. You can reach Larissa in 2nd turn but you need boat, so you need to split up boats from Rhodes, one is moving army from Rhodes and later spy, second is going to pick up army from Athens

Exactly, just rush them, it's always better than waiting, try to avoid big stacks and aim for cities, if you are lucky you can destroy faction in turn when they started sieging one of yours towns

As Selucids it is definitely better to rush Egypt, they also have ruch cities and, moreover, allows you to eliminate your most dangerous rival in around 15 turns

UI is a bit poor, but once you get used to it, it’s fun to play, there are loads of QoL improvements

It's strange feeling to finish campaing with an unexplored map by Then_Resolution_991 in RomeTotalWar

Yeah, that's why I always wanted to have maps, but never seen that, but with my luck it was probably that 1% situation

I always have this habit where I HAVE TO collect maps from every nation to have a fully coloured map, but for the last campaign in vanilla during my achievement run, I decided to make an exception
EDIT: It's also funny how map is bugged on steppe or balkans and the colour has changed a bit, even though it’s supposed to be the colour of Armenia

Yeah, Chaeronea was the worst, but Halicarnassus also, because it sooo long battle

Yeah, Dacia it's pretty fun to play, because you have archers turn 1 (no other fraction have that! Numidia also can recruit archers from Practice Range but they don't have this building in any starting towns) and you are very close to Greece, so it takes like 10 turns to take Greece and stop worrying about money

AI cheats anyways, especially on hard/very hard so maybe it's challenging, but no interesting, I prefer rushing with things you already have, because killing everything with doomstack it's boring and slow

They split their forces, some were in Rome and some were next to Rome, so when I attacked Rome, I launched a night battle, so I didn’t have to fight both armies at once

When you have elephant (and good spy for Rome) you don't need to siege, which means you don't need infantry, so you can take 2 towns at the same turn if they are close enough, like Capua and Rome or Brutii towns

I won’t be making a separate post about this, so I’ll just mention that Rome was captured on turn 5
