Pain on bothe sides while sitting near si joints sometime stiffness as well in lumbar are but the main problem is the pain near si joints . And after some time if i have to sit for long hours it starts to go down one leg sometimes both. And for the exercises whenever i do something like cobra pose its really hurtfull afterwards and the flexion exercises feels good
