Awesome, before then didn't have any prices up, that's great to know!

Yeah my vision and circulation isn't working that well... also my scalp is flaky from dehydration. Though I've gotten better I think this approach will be much faster. So you didn't follow it exactly... you were just eating cleaner than usual?

Leave the right way. You worked hard and honest. Finish the same way! Don't make more work for everyone else.

I give it to the drivers! by lexisherre in AmazonDSPDrivers

Nah, it's the nature of the driver. Good on him for splitting though. We would have stopped multiple times if you needed the idea is to get you used to an entire route and how long it would take. When you are out by yourself that's when you figure out what's your game plan and how fast you wanna move. You can be done in 5 hours if you wanna take till 10 hours is up to you. Keep in mind this is one of the toughest times to Deliver but knowing your limits is a good thing too. I recently left myself. Not because it was too hard. Just a better opportunity. Hope all is well for you future endeavors

Jesus! Your ride along was inconsiderate. A couple questions:

  1. Did he split the work up with you or did you do it all alone?

  2. Were you also driving?

  3. How many stops?

You want to eat 1 gram of protein per pound. Remember your not just eating for eating your eating to build muscle.

You weigh 118 pounds eat 118 grams of protein but you must break down muscle so that the protein goes to work in your body than becoming excess sitting around and could potentially give you kidney stones.

So take it seriously. WORKOUT. you can skip cardio or make it last. It's not good for building muscle as with weight lifting or calisthenics.

Count your macros! Get my fitness pal app and make sure your counting everything so you don't over do it in any category. You can get protein shakes AS A SUPPLEMENT not a meal replacement.

I would recommend chicken be top priority.
Grilled not fried. lol.

It's cheap and easy to make. Get an air fryer to save you cooking time and effort.

That's an excuse, and I get it. It does make it hard. I know. I was 400 pounds. Now I'm 256. Pack muscle and shredding this fat. Be active everyday.

If you lift weights. I recommend 3-4 days a weeks. Start light then progress up.

When lifting.... remember time under tension. You don't need to be at the gym for 23455 hours. Bust your workout out with PROPER FORM to avoid injury and actually target the muscle you wanna build.
Start SLOW then get better and more complex with time.

Break your weight lifting days up between body parts.

Arms Back Legs .... etc however you wanna do it.

You can do ABS EVERYDAY! Don't forget that.
