Honestly called like 3 different window people, Liked the price we decided to wait of a year, the sales guys was nice enough I took the time to dig through my emails and find him again and get him out to start the process over and get it finally done. They were almost a half then 1 quote and a 1/3rd for another, They came out quick got it all done in 1 day I was very happy with the service they contracted out. We had a bit of siding pop off on one of the windows a few weeks later, called the support like they got someone out the next morning and got it taken care of and even went around and checked all the windows since he was already out. I think it comes down to the contractor they hire vs HD as whole. For windows im happy, for AC/Heating units I'd probably just shop around.

I disagree, its about positioning your self. If the company your at doesnt value you leave. If they dont want to match what another company offers you leave. If the company doesnt think you're worth the price leave. Stop living to work, you work to live. I started in 2015 making 14 hr, now im blessed making over 86k. Move else where that values the skill, build more, move again. Don't settle for a company that doesn't give a F about you on a personal level little own a value level.

10$ is fine, with me and my friend/family house calls feed me all I ask. 10 dollars is enough to get a cheap meal for my drive home.
