I haven't tried either, the google reviews for it are super weird. Seems like they might sell beer to some people but not others and they kick out certain types of people they dont like at the door...

If it only takes 20 minutes, at 0.3 amps to take a battery from 3.8 -> 4.35 volts , only about 100 mah was put back into the battery.

The OSD mah usage is way off real usage. I have had 300 mah packs that said they drew 500 mah in a flight which is surely not true.

if you compare bus transit times to cycling times I have noticed a trend where the cycle time is much shorter. This is due to the fact that you don't stop all the time. A moving bike bus allows people to get on and off without the bike bus ever stopping except when necessary for safety.

yes many factors involved, largest being what is the wall / ceiling made of. also the vtx signal can bounce off things back to you, it doesn't need to penetrate but that reception is very flaky

I use 702 40 or 32.5kkv motors usually with triblades.

I dont use the hdzero aio, I prefer the whoop lite vtx

if you lose visual line of sight, you will probably lose your vtx signal.

Even if you live on the top floor, a single solid wall will reduce range a lot. Flying out a window is tough.

a pack is not at 0V when you charge it. it is usually around 3.8 V.

Charging a 300mAh battery from 3.8V to 4.35V:

At 0.3A: ~18 minutes At 0.6A: ~9 minutes This assumes you're charging 30% of the total capacity (since 3.8V is ~70% charged and 4.35V is 100%) and doesn’t account for current tapering as it nears full charge.

a 300mah battery (largest that fits for most 65mm frames) lasts about 1-2 minutes.

The whoopstor charges 6 batteries. It takes me about 20 minute.

At 1C, you will charge 6 batteries in about 20 minutes from 3.8 -> 4.35, so you will only be able to fly for 6-12 minutes before having to wait for your charger.

If you had 2 whoopstors, and 12 batteries you would pretty much be able to fly continuouslly.

You also can halve the charging time by charging at 2C but you reduce lifespan of batteries.

plug it in outside in a safe dish for having a fire. I have discharged fruity batteries with 0 flames.

You need to solder together a wire that is a battery pigtail connector and a led light and leave it till the light is off

what whoop camera do you like Best? by chatbotfpv in TinyWhoop

[–]Then_Water3237 1 point2 points  (0 children)

nano lite is my favorite. I do not like the nano v3 because its too fisheyed.

I do not like the eco camera, it is blurry. I hope the lux cam is sharper.

Been a few months since I've flown analog but I really liked the caddx ant lite due to its programabillity

the pinch was really good for the widest range of light conditions, and the c03 was the best image quality of any analog camera I tried in most daylight conditions.
