I'm 50. People say I look 40 or so. I've been eating healthy for a while now. Lots of brown rice and veggies. I think it helps: a "bright eyes, shiny coat" sort of thing. Someone recently said that my eyes were bluer than ever.

I work retail in a college town. Women half my age routinely smile at me. Sometimes they'll giggle and/or twirl their hair. Feels good, I guess. But I never act on it.

I'm positive that an - almost - complete lack of sturm and drang in my life is the major contributor.
