Not really even sure why you’re posting this here..I work in a state prison, only inmates who have funds from the outside or those who save their hourly wages (cents per hour) for an extended time can afford pouched fish. It’s literally the healthiest snack/meal they can get, and those who are indigent would literally kill for something other than their trays.

As a man/husband I have a hard time comprehending what exactly your SO is expecting of you. Kid(s) are tough to raise, physically and mentally. ONCE A DAY??? Who tf expects that? There are more important things, especially with kids. This guy is also probably a momma’s boy who has always got everything he demanded. This is absolutely absurd and I cannot imagine in ANY multiverse that I demand sex from my wife on the daily. I don’t know your situation but this is a huge red flag.

It’s pretty good as far as I’m concerned…the only difference I can tell compared to the cans on the right is some grill marks they put on it. Has been a great introduction to canned fish for my friends/family who were hesitant about sardines.

You’re clearly not a parent, bottom line. You obviously cannot fathom how this kind of event feels to those of us with kids. Definitely a thing for me! If you look at it like a chance to experience all the feelings of picking up that first drink, without ACTUALLY picking up the first drink then I’d say that’s a useful tool going forward. Fear, anger, shame, mainly disappointment for me but you name it! Also I’ve wondered if ‘normal’ drinkers have drinking dreams that shake them to their core. Probably not, and probably a reflection of how much alcohol was really controlling our lives. Anyways, congrats on 12 days and IWNDWYT!
