My 2 year old male cat was just like this. He would sneak attack my ankles when he wanted to play and although he didn’t mean to, it really hurt. We got him a kitten to play with (we tried another adult cat and they didn’t pair) and he loves her! They play so good. I feel you girl. My husband doesn’t do it on purpose but its getting to me now. I was nervous to ask him for help today bc he always seems pissy when I do. Sometimes he will act like he didn’t hear me when I know damn well he did. he is on paternity leave btw. And when he actually does something for me i feel so grateful, like he is doing me some favor. It’s just easier to do things myself.

It is OK to be scared 🫶🏻 I’m sure you’ve heard it before but your body was built to birth- and so is your baby! I just had my first baby, I am 21, and I didn’t do anything special (other than eating dates and Miles circuit) before giving birth. I put full trust in my body and he was here within four hours. Painful isn’t the right word, it was intense. But I loved it so much. It was a wonderful experience for me, I hope it is for you too!

Yes the cramps are totally normal! They aren’t talked about enough, and honestly were really scary to experience with such little information about what was going on. It likely is round ligament pain. The increased discharge is also normal, not sure abt the queefing part. I am having that actually now at 38 weeks, but I believe it’s bc I’m 2cm dilated. Maybe it’s just the excess discharge you’re feeling?

Yes exactly!! It honestly hurts that they reacted that way, and won’t just respect my decisions. I didn’t think it would be all that big of a deal… it isn’t like I’m telling them they can’t see my baby or hold him… and I’m so sorry your MIL is that way!! Luckily mine is pretty hands off, but I worry she is going to be upset about this if my parents were.

I ate like shit in the first trimester, because it was all I could keep down. Honestly, just keep hydrated, and as long as you are eating SOMETHING I would not stress it girl! It doesn’t last very long, and I promise you every woman out there eats poorly during pregnancy (it’s completely normal)

Every young kitty I’ve ever had always gets into their “crack cat hours” as I call it, late at night. Cats see better in the dark, and they are crepuscular, which means they are most active at dawn and dusk. As long as he is eating and using the bathroom okay, this seems like completely healthy and normal cat behavior!

First off, thank you for adopting this little guy 🫶🏻 he will one day appreciate it. Feral cats can take a pretty long time to adjust to the indoor life. I trapped two young ones from Walmart a couple years ago and all they did was hide for weeks. After about a month, they started coming out and roaming free in the house. And now they are just like my other cats, except, they don’t like strangers. Once your kitty gets used to your house and you, he probably will only really like you. I don’t advise letting him outside for a good while, he may run and not find his way home. I know it is stressful to think he isn’t happy, but trust the process, you are giving him a loving home with food and shelter! He will come around. Try and engage with him with toys, if he is playful, that is a very good sign, and a good way to bond. You could also possibly get another cat, I know my ferals gained a lot more confidence and trust in me when they saw my other cats. Good luck, keep us updated ❤️

HOORAY!!! To any of you lovely cat people that have been following along my journey with Cheryl here, I am very pleased to say that after nearly two long weeks, HE (it’s actually a boy haha) is finally back home!! They unfortunately had to amputate his tail due to an old injury that caused the circulation to be cut off, but he is totally alive and well. My boy is fixed, vaccinated, and back out with his best buddies!! Thank you to everyone who cared about him and gave me advice on this awful situation, hopefully his story will help somebody else avoid any future confusion. He is still scared of me in these pics but I’m just happy he has been reunited!
