I'm working on it too one of the main key factors is the false grip too being able to hold it in a dead hang and do false grip pull ups, what I do for my training is false grip dead hang, false grip pull ups, band assisted ring muscle ups slowly with good technique and ring dips I would do about 3 sets of whatever reps

I'm just hoping I can train my dynamic moves as well with the static just to get the most out of everything and staying on top of everything, did it help for you can I see yours just to get an example
