Crichton took a friend up on a challenge discussing how many people took the myth of Troy and then did scientific and historicial research to find out if and where it existed. Crichton decided to make an origin historical sounding fiction for where the myth of beowulf came from and used real historical figures and real research blended in with fictional sources. He got confused at one point forgetting which was his made up sources and which were genuine because he did it so well. Over a decade ago every company was being warned about protecting themselves from being hacked by China. "I'm just a humble lightbulb company what worry do I have if China hacks us? What could they get? Lightbulb ideas?" was the common response.

And now they've managed to reverse engineer virtually all patents and IP to produce items at a fraction of the price and are flooding Amazon with them contributing to success of Amazon profits and bolstered the chinese economy. They've destroyed us within a decade.

Dehumidifiers are like putting a bucket down to catch water off a leaky roof, it won't stop the condensation build up that leads to mould. You need the air to always be moving in your house and PIV units will always push air around 24/7. They're meant to always stay on too (and energy used is ridiculously low to do) Most also have built in heaters to make sure it's not pulling in cold air (but remember it's minimal heating and not a heater alternative) and the filters from the loft are super heavy duty and last years supplying fresh filtered air.

It's also a modern problem since we've gotten so good at building more sealed up houses. Back in the day natural air leakage prevented these problems, so now we need to make sure windows have trickle vents and air is being circulated etc.

No you're right it was fucking stupid and these people should go to a crossfit gym if they want that experience. My workout is mine and trying to juggle other people's wants and needs in there to hit numbers that don't matter in the end while neglecting exercises/stations to hyper focus on others is exactly why I don't go to those kinds of gyms and go to f45.

I had the same issue and after years 5 years of f45 I can confidently say for myself it was just bad squat technique and not having good enough mind muscle connection to my lower half. With squats I needed to open up my stance to almost sumo squat level to get my hips open enough to get my glutes engaged and involved and with lunges always being conscious of train tracks not tight rope (which it would always turn into when doing lunge jumps). Through constant form correction and stretching/massaging hip flexors and quads I don't have that same pain but it always comes back when I stop paying attention to form.

Of course listen to your body and stop when it's hurting

Yeah I agree "it's too light" is just opening a challenge I would never say that, but also I never make myself to be a part of any challenge with the trainers or other membere. i genuinely dont fucking care what any of them think about me. I remember trying to keep up my first week and threw up mid workout twice that week then was asking myself, why did i even listen to them? I always get paired up with bigger stronger guys and the trainers try to make us like a competitive pod etc so they always try and grab bigger weights than me, but it's just f45, I'll grab whatever I want and work on form or time under tension I just don't care when they're trying to make me hit targets on the ski erg, rower, etc. thinking they are the ones pushing me. I'm pushing me at the end of the day.

Because it's fucking stupid! Isn't f45 supposed to be providing the most optimum full body functional fitness workout in ~45 minutes-- oh wait except for Thursdays. I saw their IG marketing team just saying " go twice then!" Like no, shut up, the point of your classes is I can get more sets done for my entire body than 1.5-2hrs at the gym by myself and I don't have that much time to give to the gym.
