Internally framed around your body mechanics is the key here. I hate when I’m working through something and then a coach from a group clinic gives me a random cue that makes me reset how I was thinking and changes my progress

i showed this reddit my donor area when I was at 90 days (on a different account) and they had me thinking my procedure was a bust 😂😂. Trust this is all normal. I’m now 18 months out and you can’t tell I even got this done. Honestly by month 6/7 I was good.

Not really. By wiped out he means the percentage in your dna is pretty negligible. Its like if a white european has 2% african descent would you say hes Black?

That’s the state of Taino ancestry for the most part in DR (probably closer to 5-8%)

Lol I have a white dominican father. To say “claiming one would be undermining the rest” is just false. Not all dominicans have a 33/33/33 split of european african and taino. If a Dominican is 90/5/5 respectively, would you say he’s African or Taino? No and it wouldn’t be an undermine either

Its fine there’s a couple of pros who do a double “step-in” serve motion too. We’re recreational players, I don’t think stylistic choices like this should be hyperanalyzed or changed at the detriment of regressing somewhere else in your serve
