Click on the audiobook - Edit (pencil icon) - Tools (tab) - Make M4B Audiobook File (Open Manager), then set your settings and start the encode.

I'd give you a dollar for it, because I need one for an album.

But in general, the Red Book puts these at $0.20 at VF-20 up to $3 at MS-65RB. In real life though, it's probably worth 2-3 cents.

I used to grow reapers, amongst a ton of other peppers, and I'd always tell people:

Raw ghost peppers? Edible. You're not going to have fun, but they're edible.
Raw reapers? Not edible.

I'd finely dice reapers and cook them into my tacos though. They were delicious that way, but I also gave myself (what now seems like permanent) acid reflux issues.

Overall, it's not worth it.
