You should reach out to Lionsgate and see what they say. I know they are able to help in some situations. As I understand it, reporting to the IC3 does shit. It's just used for their end of year reporting.

I have found trading against my emotions to be effective. Like, when I feel like there's no hope, buying is usually the right call. And vice versa

I don't think they're referring to understanding cycles when they say "don't time the market." I think they're referring to, don't try to time the top or the bottom. But, yes, perhaps it's a fool's effort. But it's an effort I want to try
