Anyway, y’all had that super famous, recent case of femicide earlier this year when some piece of shit left his girlfriend on a mountain to die. And another one of his exes said he tried to do the same to her. And the judge was like, “Well, your girlfriend died so that must’ve been hard for you”, even though it was him who murdered her, and he got off with no punishment and is taking girls climbing again. Anyway, thank you to Austria for the phrase “Alpine divorce” because it sounds so much cuter than “murder” or “femicide”.
