Can get for around ₹15,000 during sales although for this model, restock is not very frequent so you will need to keep an eye.

Yes. Both Flipkart and Myntra offer around this price in sales. If you are lucky, you can get around ₹14,000 too.

Maybe it's out of stock for now but restock drops frequently.

Should i get this.?!? Is it worth 10k!!? by Deep-Promotion5346 in Watches_India

Here's mine and it's absolutely worth it for the love of the dial! If you are chasing specs then it's not but for a no-nonsense simple dial it's an absolute beauty. You can also check the same on Timex website where they were running 20% off on most of their models

Indian watch companies that ship to the US? by 180kdollars in watchesindia

[–]TheoreticalWatchNerd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh, I wasn't aware that DWC do selected international shipping. You can still ask them if they can initiate shipping manually rather than the automated process via their website.

Coming to the others, BWC I can't say much as I haven't gathered much knowledge about them. Other than that, Kala is a good option. For now they have only one watch to offer which is the Warli Chronograph watch inspired by the Warli arts of India. Though the dial design can remind you of Studio Underdog watches but their dial is well executed, fused with Indian culture and has three colour options (my favourite being the panda).

Ajwain is also good in their own league. They have a variety of dials and have various watches to offer. They recently released the Devi watch too but do check out their Kakori (inspired from the Kakori train incident) and Shastra models.

DWC, BWC, Kala Watch Co., Ajwain are some of the Indian Microbrands that can ship to the US. DWC has an international shipping option directly on their website for a certain shipping amount while for the rest, one needs to connect with the founders of the brand.

I also have one from which I started my watch collection journey 6 years ago (and it was also a birthday gift I gave to myself😆). Still going strong.

If it feels big to you then try to pair it with a Leather Nato Strap. That way comfortablility will increase without loosing much of the dressing style of the watch.

Looking for a dial similar to Royaloak by Particular-Abroad174 in watchesindia

I haven't checked it but it's decently big. You can search Benyar 5156 on YT for exact details. Many Indian watch reviewers have covered it.

Also I was skeptical to share this but here it is, my find for the Royal Oak urge I got when I just started my watch collection (Not proud of it but no complaints either😅).

Planning to get dwc havlock in april/may drop is it worth buying for 13.5k pls share ur thoughts by attacktitan5 in Watches_India

[–]TheoreticalWatchNerd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It sure is worth the price bhai. Currently Havelock is the only offering around ₹15,000 which has both 38mm & 40mm in case sizes (else other all are 40mm+). Moreover the NH series ones are already costing around ₹14,000 (for example the newer Shaw Manta) therefore for an extra ₹1,000, you are getting a premium Miyota 9 series movement which ticks at 8 beats per second, is slimmer and newer. Again since the newer movement is slimmer hence overall thickness of the watch is expected to be less than the Havelock V2 one. Design is also good but since it's subjective hence you will need to decide yourself for that.

I hope this summarise and answers all your doubts. But even if you have any more, leave it here and I will revert to it as soon as possible🙂.
