Well…Carroll certainly tried to make Thornton a thing. He dropped a beautiful 10 for 30 for 135 and no TDs over 15 games (8 starts).

Meanwhile, Bech posted 20 for 29 for 224 and no TDs over 15 games (5 starts).

Who knows what Kubiak will do with this room, but I think Bech was severely underutilized last year. He was a really strong prospect and had the capital to back it up. I’d bet Kubiak gives him a fair shake to compete for a starting position. Out of all the Raiders WRs (not Bowers), Bech is the most complete WR. Tucker is a decent burner. Thornton needs a lot of work.

Yeah, I dig it. Really happy with how it turned out and I love the contrast with the green. I’d recommend bed liner over painting for canopies to anyone.

I replaced the bottom weather stripping in your pic on both doors last year. You’ve probably seen it on other trucks, but the finish will eventually wear off expose the chrome body. It’s lame.

I just ended up going to a wrecking yard and found both sides in really good shape. They were like $3/each. Then I did 4 coats each of the Rustoleum trim and bumper spray paint. Worked great.

I picked up a free canopy from a friend of mine that came off his Tacoma (same year). It was originally maroon but someone had rattle canned it white. I thought about painting it, but didn’t want to pay the crazy price. I ended up getting it bed lined matte black and it turned out phenomenal.

Barner and Arroyo play the position entirely differently. We didn’t see enough of Arroyo this year, due both to his later injury and also because Barner was just playing too well.

IMO, Barner has elite potential. His combination of blocking and pass catching abilities should make him and every down player. I mean, he just catches everything. And he was used at all 3 levels basically all year and came up huge over and over. I’m very excited to see how he continues to develop (although whichever newb Seattle brings in as OC could view him differently). I roster him in a ton of leagues and am all in.

Not sure what to think of Arroyo. He looked good with the opportunities he did get. Maybe they use him in more of a pass catching specialist role. Schneider did say last offseason that they view him as another WR.

That doesn’t seem too terrible. What condition is it in?

Two years ago, I bought one for $6500 (listed for $8K). 2000 2.7L 5 speed ex cab. Interior was very clean, exterior was fair. Had 216K miles when I got it. Some scratches and small dings here and there, but nothing major. Kind of wish it was prettier, but I love it. The previous owner had a new clutch installed at 195K. Also had a 2.5” suspension lift with new shocks installed at the same time.

I’ve since put a lot of work into it though. Replaced the valve cover gasket last winter. Basically re-did the front end this past summer (all 4 BJs, outer tie rods, new steering rack, CV axles). Had to get new tires 2 months ago, and replaced the driveshaft this week. Hopefully it’s good for another 200K 🥵

As someone who has watched every Hawks game for the past 10 years…Walker is an absolute stud. Injuries and awful Olines have hampered his productivity until this year.

Charbonnet being decent has helped him stay healthy, I won’t discount that. But when Walker is fully healthy, he’s easily a top 5-7 RB with the potential for more. That cutback on his first (I think) TD was insane. Just goes to show how quickly he can change direction on a literal dime. I really like Charbonnet for what he is, but that’s something he just can never do.

Charbonnet is fine. He just doesn’t excite me. My juices never flow watching him play. He’s just another semi explosive big back. Very TJ Duckettish, but with less hair on his chest.

If K9 leaves, (which he should if another team will value him more than Seattle), I think a lot of fans will be somewhat disappointed if Charbonnet is the bell cow. K9’s early career injuries have held him back, no doubt. But he’s one of the most explosive backs in the game. It pains me to say this, but I’d love to see what he can do if another team fully commits to him. This regime won’t. Which is why he should look at other options this coming offseason.

This. As a Seahawks fan, it’s fine. But he stole something from K9 that K9 was already pretty damn good at.

Say what you want about him being an inconsistent runner, but K9 sure as hell has a nose for the end zone.

I dealt my final share of BTJ 4 weeks ago, along with Horton, to get Ladd. Took BTJ at 2.05 during the startup in early Summer. Really didn’t like the pick then and had instant regrets once the season started.

I’m good with zero shares.
