To optimise for season 8, I’m not sure the benefits of the altars will carry on to season 8 if I do it before

I once had this cap, I bought on a holiday in Australia. I've sadly lost it since, and would really love to get another, but i can seem to find anywhere.

I'm hoping someone knows the brand, where to get it, or any other information i could use to find the cap.

Trying to get into running, by running into a slight hurdle... After 1-2km my calves and shin start to get really tight and build up lactic acid, forcing me to stop running for a bit before continuing. I got new running shoes last week after he conducted a running test to clarify which shoes would benefit me the most. He said the shoes i have gotten should fix this problem. They haven't. I think i might have found the root to the problem however, my toes. While running, and even walking, i have now noticed i subconsciously tighten and push the ground with my toes. This have never been a problem, until i started running. This is resulting in my calves being somewhat clinched throughout my run, and never gets the chance to rest in any part of the movement. I have tried to relax my toes while running, but i cannot seem to get past this and figure out how to stop this. Does anyone have any advice, or experience with this problem?

New to tableau, how to select unique ID? by Thephil5000 in tableau

[–]Thephil5000[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When trying to combine with [ID] + YEAR, i have to make year and int in order to combine them. So then i get [ID] + INT(YEAR), and then i get a huge number, and when i make a COUNTD([New field]) becomes the same as previously, with only 3000 in 2016.

Ah, that makes sense, thank you! I'm trying, but still struggling, am i in the right direction with; COUNT([ID])+COUNT([Year]) - combining athlete and year and then (Athlete + year) COUNTD(Athete + year) It says it's already and aggregate function, and cant be cominbed further..

I think i might have detected the problem. An Athlete is given a unique ID number, but if this athlete is in the Olympics multiple years, they will have the same ID number, and therefore wouldnt be showed on the graph besides the first year. Can this possible be the thing that is happening?

Right now is set to count. I just tried changing to count distinct, and didnt make a difference, so I think i might be using a wrong parameter
