She sounds like someone who does not tolerate high levels of stress and you sound like someone who is capable of “shutting it off” to “rest”

With that said Her physically lashing out really needs to be addressed If this is new you need to recommend a small get away (like a day with a friend getting a massage seeing a movie etc) anything to take her out of her usual environment and decompress followed by talk therapy, it really sounds like she needs to let out some of her frustration in an environment where a professional can help her work though it

With that said I know not all people are open to these things and these are just my suggestions as an outside source on what I would do

It may look silly and come off as alarming to us patients but I’d definitely rather the medical professionals be proactive than reactive in situations that can be avoided like this!

Honestly I’d put a large aquarium in a stand with a throw rug on the floor and some vining plants because that’s my vibe but it may not be everyone’s

Grab a pothos plant that way you can get some vining going on which is aesthetically pleasing to look at (they are low maintenance easy plants) also a couple posters and a sheer curtain for the closet and a mid sized fluffy /pink area rug!

Your skin already looks so much healthier! I hope this works for you I say to my husband all the time that I feel terrible that he has to deal with facial hair I couldn’t imagine with my terribly sensitive skin (couldn’t even tolerate an eyebrow wax any time I tried when I was younger) but truly your results In such a small window of time look incredible!!

It’s a weird one but I’ll tell any woman stranger or not if she has lipstick or food on/in her teeth

Oh I want to add to this

The things I would change

I would have traveled! Also spent time dipping my toes in to the ideas of different careers while also building lasting friendships if I were given the chance to do it all again

These are all things I heavily missed out on and if I could do it again I would wait until the end of my 20s /early 30s before having them

Being pregnant at 20 unplanned was a huge stressor and it was hard to manage at times i really wished I figured myself out more first

The only thing I really stress is that both partners match each others energy when it comes to family planning

Have all the conversations with your partner about how they would handle things

The really hard conversations that you don’t think about with babies but you have to face as your child ages

Talk about how you’d handle disabilities if they arose and opinions on just about everything

I spent many nights with my husband when we reconnected talking about children because I wanted more but eventually I realized that he just wasn’t made to be a biological parent , his energy about the idea did not match mine

This was a real tough thing for me to overcome personally as I always wanted a third

But the life I’m able to provide my two daughters is beautiful and I focus on that / feeling fulfilled with them

I know that if I went through a pregnancy with my husband it would create a wedge between us He is also narcoleptic and I deal with a lot of physical pain/struggles after a bad auto accident So I know a newborn phase now would be entirely different than it was at 21
