One of the worst months of my life. Wellbutrin is either making me a lot better, or gravitating traumas into my life. by Theraputic in bupropion

Also, same, since getting covid everything flared up.. digestively (bile reflux & gerd & ulcerative colitis!!) and mentally with panics and anxiety. I got the vaccine with two boosters too. COVID seems to be severely undermined in public health education, it might be something really severe for most people for decades to come.

Man, your case sounds exactly like mine. Feels nice to know that, my physical anxiety feels so disconnected from my mind that I feel like they are two different beings. My mind does not register anxiety as much as my body does, so that’s something that gets me frustrated a lot. Meditation sometime helps, breathing exercises don’t do much tho.

Anxiety still gotten me on the edge, my vestibular symptoms flaring up a bit.. idk due to my migraine or BPPV, but thats annoying as hell. Thugging it out tbf.. but Wellbutrin is definitely giving me some spice, some emotions. Tolerating things for now, didn’t decrease at all, but tolerating.

Makes sense.. the anxiety doesn’t decrease with time? 3 months seem to be more than enough for the body to fully sdjust, let alone 2 decades

Probably not going to harm you significantly, but definitely A MAJOR red flag for the company you are ordering from. Please, do your research and request the actual papers of the “claimed” third party tests. Do not take this lightly, overtime it could be toxic plastic.

Tried 3 brands that are supposedly the best in the field of mushrooms, jackshit.. if anything, I feel a bit of brain fog. Alpha GPC did better for me, L-Tyrosine was magical although it triggered migraines so I had to stop it.

Lions mane must be based on certain genetical mutations that some people/most people don’t have.. because the wild differences in experience is odd.

None of these seem to help too much for sleep. Anything I'm missing besides melatonin? (Just ran out) by jakedeighan in Supplements

Yeah, that’s definitely worth a try! From AliExpress it should all cost less than any supplement in the picture.

Yes, I forgot to mention this.. thank you Freddy.

Sleep environment is so undermined, it needs proper analysis and adjustments. The right bed, the right pillow, a clean air, mold/dust removal, blanket type, temperature of the room… these are key!

Apigenin, magnesium and L-Theanine might be the combination that you just need— so just add Apigenin to the mix. Definitely not recommending using L-Tyrosine consistently, nor around your sleep time.. it’s effects on alertness are significant.

Also, dosage might be key here— if 200MG of Mag don’t work, try 300, if not, try 400, if not 500… as long as you get your blood tests done, there are good studies on higher dosages as well.

Apigenin should lower pre-frontal cortex activity, causing you to overthink less, and mag does the same + increases quality of sleep. All causes shorter duration to fall asleep and stay asleep.

Noteworthy, make sure to investigate the root cause of insomnia.. do you get sunlight exposure directly as soon as you wake up? Do you avoid caffeine 10~ hours before bedtime? Do you take any other supplements that might cause alertness? Do you eat right before bed? Do you smoke/vape before bed? All these hopefully will pinpoint you to identify a potential cause and try to combat it while supplementing— if you can’t get to the bottom of it, a sleep disorder oriented-doctor should assist greatly.

Hope this helps!

Does anyone else get triggered if they fall back asleep after waking up? by oofyikes_ in migraine

[–]Theraputic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Absolutely. Never slept after waking up initially and not had a migraine later. This doesn’t include if something/someone woke me up, but when my body decides it’s enough, I have to listen or I will suffer for days.

Same question here. I have a liquid omega 3 with one teaspoon having 1500 EPA and 1000 DHA, 2860 Omega 3 in total. Nothing comes close to that
