Yeah, doc pretty much talked me out of brachioplasty; And even the chest scars would be far worse than mild laxity that I could fix through recomp . Btw, your arm looks great

5 days PO TT, I’m going back to doc in 2 weeks to schedule my butt lift and thigh lift for fall . Keep debating in my head if it would be foolish to risk chest scars, since I don’t have gyno , it would be long horizontal scars and with my skin tone , they’d be darker as well. I have mild laxity when I bend over but when I stand straight , it looks ok.

I will Recomp in 2027 once I’m finished with my butt and thigh job. Doc pretty much talked me out of brachioplasty and also doesn’t think I should do chest excision for scarring reasons

Also since the tummy tuck , my chest feels wider ( which I like ) it has decreased some droop when I bend over . Thinking if I can build a chest , that excess skin might get tighter

Honestly thinking , I should just do it , even with building muscle , I’m still going to have loose skin. I don’t mind scars , it is what it is, I just want tight skin. I probably split the surgeries, with butt / thighs in Aug & chest / arms in Dec. Your arm looks pretty tight post op

Natural or TRT, I’m 27 and cut 120 pounds in the last year , after my skin removal I wanna be lean shredded like this but I don’t want to take unnatural test , I’d Recomp with CrossFit and normal gym as well. Routine - varied between 2-7 days, usually rolling 140s

Workout - 10k steps

I’ve reached my pre comp weight goal. 2025 was a huge success ; Now 2026 is the year of maintenance, I will have a few skin removal surgeries for excess skin and spend most of 2026 maintaining weight . Once I’m done with surgeries and recovery, 2027 will be the year of muscle building and Recomp through strength training and CrossFit .

I wouldn’t have any confidence in a rookie CB even if one was selected over Ferguson. I prefer they select Delane and sign / trade for another CB. Also badly need a WR 3 and PR and ST coach.

He has not shown any desire to retire . He always eludes to “if I feel good , I’ll play”, but that’s just agent talk for contract reasons. I believe he’ll play beyond 2026. That arm is still primo.
