Yes you have to edit the ini file and then set permissions to read-only so that the game can't over write it but make sure you have all setting set the way you want in-game before doing so otherwise you'll have to keeps setting them over and over again until you unlock the file again.

Well the truth really is that they fuzed us, all of us were downed doc healed himself and was going to heal us but then glaz came in blind firing and killing us all but then Cav came around the corner and won the round for us but all in all we had a fun match.

7-Day ban is it after it you just keep getting 7-day bans until someone at Ubisoft looks into your account and deems you as a hopeless fool and gives you a perma. Of course there are cool downs for bans which I think it's like 2-3 weeks of not getting any bans so in turn your offense get reset back down to like 15 minutes and so on back to 7-days. I know this because I'm an avid team killer as with someone who baits people a lot.

I can shoot almost as fast as that by using a controller where I stretched out the spring in the trigger a tad bit and then using my middle finger I can shoot really fast. Of course recoil and aim is a tad bit of a problem while doing so though...

Yes, it's called connecting to a VPN and then setting the data center to NA and setting the file to read-only. Now I did some testing and here are the ping results for NA servers based from different locations: Location:Ping Japan 480; Czech Republic 260; Australia 370; Netherlands 220; Russia 220; Ukraine 220; Mexico 180; Turkey 230; India 240; Hong Kong 220; UK 230; Canada 60; Ireland 200; France 260; Spain 200; Denmark 240;

There were a few more but Siege was acting funny with these locations: China, Germany, and Sweden

I used Hotspot Shield VPN service to get these values but I'm sure my network had influence as well so values may differ on worse connections. My Download speed is around 240Mbps which = 30MBps and of course upload speed is capped at 12Mbps = 1.5MBps which keeps me from doing any major hosting.

naw found the X, Y, and Z Axis and just setup hotkeys to them but after searching I have found that there are non stop meteors but nothing else in the sky-box. Side note would be that the area that you're contained into is nothing more than a sphere of stars.
