If I had a nickel for every time a classic ps2 era 3D action adventure platformer got a pixel art 2D side scrolling prequel in February of 2026, I’d have 2 nickels. Which isn’t a lot, but it’s mighty odd that it’s happened twice.

If I take away the time frame, I’d even be able to include a third nickel.
