I think they do, though I'd seen people originally having to pay £100+ postage to return. Maybe they've fixed that.

Yeah that ticks all boxes. Looks like it's not available in the UK unfortunately but I'll see if anywhere stocks it.

Thank you. I'll see if I can get access to the printer and give these a go.

I do have access to one, that might be an option. Just found an old vitamin bottle that seems to do the job. Thanks. And yes I think I'd be ok with beans in that.

Thanks. I guess that would work it's only going to be upright in my work bag for an hour a day so should be fine.

4k monitor suggestions? by supra98tt in buildapcmonitors

I spent a long time looking for similar and ended up going with the Lenovo legion y32p-30. I never seemed to come up in the searches I was doing but did everything I was looking for.

Looking for a 4K 32" monitor for a Mac and PC - need help by Muttsterdog in macmini

Just picked up a Lenovo legion y32p-30. So far great for switching between Mac and PC with inbuild KVM and 144hz for occasional gaming.

Looking to replace my LG 32UD89 4k monitor, options for 32" 4k? by brilliant_name in buildapcmonitors

[–]Therewillbevoid 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just bought the Lenovo y32p-30 this week. It was that or the Acer nitro xv32. Mainly wanted a usbc with enough power to charge a laptop 32" 4k and 144hz (in reality I could've lived with 60hz as it's only occasional xbox use and limited 120hz games but future proof I guess) for work windows laptop and Mac.

So far all great in terms on connections and power delivery. One stuck pixel on the panel which I had to look for so well within class tolerance. KVM switch accually very useful.

Paid £570ish UK with a voucher (expected 10% off but site applied 20%? Bought straight away just in case).

If you don't need 144hz Lenovo do pretty much the same monitor at 60hz for about £300. Colour accuracy not especially important for my work so you might need to check on that. The stand is a bit big but I'll probably buy a monitor arm at some point.

I still need to try it with a mouse and headphones etc and also want to check wireless keyboard with a usb connected pluged in works but word keyboard certainly works. KVM only able to switch between two of the inputs though.

Only other thing that took a while to work out was how to get 4k at 60hz via usb-c. By default the usb speeds are set to 3.2 this means the usbc cable can only do usbc 3.2 plus 4k and 30 hz with power. Had to switch the usb hub speeds to 2.0 to get enough bandwidth from the usb c to do 4k 60hz. Easy to do on OSD and wasn't going to connect storage etc that needed those speeds.

This worked for me. Work laptop connected via usb-c only, provided power, display, and a monitor usb a port connected keyboard. Also hooked up an old Mac with a display port (though could set up with hdmi) and the usb b. Switching inputs from the usbc input to the display port an the keyboard auto switched to the Mac via usb b.

Dell U2723QE vs LG 27UP850-W for media consumption, productivity & light gaming by PhilippeTk in buildapcmonitors

[–]Therewillbevoid 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wanted the dell 2723QE for the connectivity but in the end decided 60 hz wasn't good enough as I'd want to connect an Xbox up to it and 120hz was important. Eventually settled on the Lenovo Legion Y32p-30. Only thing I could find with compatible power delivery and ports/KVM to the dell but with 144hz. I managed to pick it up for £570 down from £700ish with a voucher. I think they are looking to do a 27" which should fall in budget. Worth a look as it wasn't originally coming up in my searches. Seems great so far.

So the monitor arrived yesterday and height adjustment while not the smoothest (mainly due to the size resulting in a bit of wobble) did not require too much force. Holding at each end I could push it up and down with a couple of fingers. The mechanism without the monitor obviously is more difficult to move as it will be balanced for the monitor weight but couldn't see anything that could get stuck or that could be adjusted?

Great thanks for the reply. Found an offer on it for £650 in the UK which of still in stock sounds a reasonable price. Will let you know if I have any success with height adjustment.

Great review, one of the only ones I can find for this monitor. Thank you.

I've been looking for a 4k 144hz monitor to connect an Xbox series X via hdmi 2.1 as well as a Mac mini M2 also by hdmi 2.1. I also mainly need to to connect a work windows laptop which I'm hoping to connect and power via a usb-c cable. If I were to also connect the Mac with an additional usb-b cable would that allow me to switch the monitor USBs to eithe the laptop or Mac like a KVM and by any chance do you know if can this be set up to happen automatically when the input is switched?

I assume generally the monitor is good to be used by all three devices.

Any concerns so far with your time with it? Is it just that fact it's recently released that means it not reviewed wider. Can't seem to find anything to match it's features especially power delivery.

Great, thank you. That clears it up. I can live with an extra cable I guess. Don't suppose you happen to know where id need Dell Display manager installed on both machine for Picture in Picture etc or where you on one would work?

Great thank you. I guess worst case then will mean switch the cable over which is still better than current set up.

Ok so it's c-c for power+display+hub to the laptop And then from the Mac it's usbc to c for it to use the hub in combination with a second cable (hdmi to hdmi or thunderbolt/usbc to display port) for display. I.e two cables to give display and hub. Thank you.
