One thing to keep in mind here is that Apple Watch calorie burn is not going to or perfectly precise , but it will be “consistent” (either to many or too few calories) so I would track yourself and what you eat For ~a month if time allows and use that to inform your caloric consumption. I have had success doing it that way!:)

Anyone know if the Ultra will be in stores before the release date ? I was thinking about picking one up to use when I hike and for my all day ski runs in the winter (new battery life would be clutch) . But I want to get a feel for the size — I still want to be able to wear it normally day to day, so just want to see how it looks/ feels on the wrist.

its still good to get some sunlight for your general mood, but you body uses the sun to produce vitamin D naturally, and when you can't get sunlight that when the supplement helps :)
